Mobile P2 laboratory is a secondary biosafety laboratory modified on the basis of a 12-meter bus. It is flexible and convenient to enter and exit the urban area. It is suitable for nucleic acid inspection and pathogenic microorganism detection in various emergency scenarios such as county and district disease control, hospitals, airports, railway stations, schools, customs and entry and exit ports.

According to the 3+3 layout, there were three main experimental areas, including reagent preparation area, sample preparation area and PCR amplification area. The laboratory is designed according to the enhanced negative pressure biosafety level 2 laboratory (P2+) in three supporting areas, including buffer zone, washing area and equipment area.
Two real-time PCR devices and three automatic nucleic acid extraction devices with 96-well plates can be configured, and the daily detection flux is 3384 tubes.
